The free download is the whole app: unlimited logging, templates, estimated 1RM, personal records, full history, the complete exercise library, with no subscriptions, no ads in your training, and no "Pro" upgrade.
And it works fully offline. In the current version your training data is stored on your own iPhone, with your personal iCloud used for backup: no accounts, no Mekimeki servers, and the developer cannot read your data.
