How logging works in Mekimeki

  1. Start a session. Jump into a blank workout, or load one of your saved templates in seconds.
  2. Log as you lift. Record weight and reps for each set, and mark sets done as you complete them. Add exercises on the fly. The flow is built to keep the bar moving, not bury you in menus.
  3. Rest on pace. The built-in rest timer starts between sets so your rest periods stay consistent.
  4. Review anytime. Every session is saved in full detail and appears in your training calendar and history.

Why not just use Notes or a spreadsheet?
