Last time's numbers, beside this time's
Progressive overload is a comparison, and you make it in the ten seconds before a set. If last week's numbers are two taps away on another screen, you will guess instead. Mekimeki puts your previous weight and reps for that exercise right beside the input, on the row you are filling in.
Set by set, not session by session
The comparison is per set. Your third set today sits next to your third set last time, which is the number that actually tells you whether to add weight or chase another rep. A session summary cannot do that, because the interesting part is usually where the sets diverged.
Press and hold to reuse it
When the weight is the same and only the reps are in question, press and hold the previous value and it fills the current set. That is the common case in a repeat week, and it removes the typing entirely.
The same column when you plan
Template editing shows the previous column too, with the same press-and-hold copy. So when you sit down to adjust a template or build a multi-week program, you are writing next week's target against what you really lifted, not against what you meant to lift.
What it is deliberately not
It does not tell you what to do. There is no prescription, no auto-increment, no coach voice. It shows you the one fact you need and leaves the decision with you, which is why the logging screen stays quiet enough to use at rep ten of a heavy set.

Where does the previous weight and reps appear?
Beside the set you are entering, on the same row, not on a separate history screen. You see last time while you type this time.
Which session does it show?
Your most recent performance of that exercise, set by set, so set three is compared with set three rather than with the session average.
Can I reuse the previous numbers without typing them?
Yes. Press and hold a previous value and it fills the current set, which is the fastest path when you are repeating a weight and only the reps change.
Does it work in templates too?
Yes. Template editing shows the same previous column and the same press-and-hold copy, so a plan you are writing is informed by what you actually lifted.
Is it available for free?
Yes, like every other feature. There is no subscription and no account.
